amazing emporers

Last night, I finally went to see the highly acclaimed movie “March of the Penguins” at the Angelika Plano. We’d talked about going to see it while in DC, but the group decided instead to see “Batman Begins” (which was a great movie, too).

The most amazing thing about this movie was the visual impact of watching the Emperor penguins so vividly caught on film. Just take a look at some still shots from the movie — utterly gorgeous, so spectacular you can feel your heart twitching with emotion.

Morgan Freeman did a wonderful job in the narration, too — not that I expected any less from a talented man with such a vibrant voice.

I absolutely loved this film — loved everything about it. Go. See it.
