I watched Ghost Town today, and it was super cute and laugh-out-loud funny, at least for me. Plus, what a great cast — I love Greg Kinnear, Ricky Gervais did a bang-up job, and everyone loves Tea Leoni! Aasif Mandvi also had a significant role, and he just cracks me up. 🙂
Here’s probably my favorite quote from the movie. Mandvi’s character sits Gervais’s character down in a dentist’s chair and tells him to look at the poster on the ceiling. It’s a picture of Einstein with the quote that says, “Only a life lived for others is worth living.”
And Aasif says, “That’s it, Pincus. At some point in your life, you’re going to have to stop and ask yourself the ultimate question: ‘This business of being such a fucking prick… what is it really getting me?’ “
Amen.
