Let’s talk about you.
You’re a creative person. Maybe you’re a writer, an artist, or just a dreamer with big ideas. You enjoy bouncing ideas off others, but you also enjoy having some down time, some space, alone, to let your ideas marinate and to let your mind wander.
When you hear the word “retreat,” you think beach. You feel restored by the sounds and smells of the ocean. You’re already daydreaming about when you can wiggle your toes in the sand, inhale the salty air, and just relax.
Harbor is exactly that: a space for creatives to unspool, restore, and create … all in community with other creative women.

We’ve selected an incredible retreat location on Harbor Island, South Carolina. Just take a look:
Katie S. Hall is a yoga teacher, writer, and nonprofit fundraising professional. Her life mission statement: to create experiences that help people to know they are celebrated and significant. Katie loves to welcome those who think yoga is simply not for them, whether for physical or other reasons. A Christian, Katie often attracts students who share her faith and appreciate yoga as a means to deepen their prayer life and rest in sacred space. With a background in creative writing and book publishing, she has a heart, too, for serving and fostering community for those who do the often solitary work of creating. Katie’s favorite spiritual gift is hospitality, and she can’t wait to offer you one (or three!) of her legendary biscuits.
Liz Norell is a yoga teacher, life coach, and college professor who values genuine connection and service above all else. She works with women (and sometimes men!) who stay busy yet feel unaccomplished, who feel certain there must be more fulfillment and purpose to life than hectic days and sleep-deprived nights. She helps others root down into their true callings, then gather the courage to leap to answer those callings. Using a holistic approach, informed by the Courageous Life Coaching program, the tools of Playing Big, and the Enneagram framework, she helps others come home to their truest hopes and trust they have everything they need to pursue their dreams.
