Curtis has his regular Friday night cat blogging, which I always enjoy, and in the tradition of that kind of weekly blogging, I’ve decided to begin Monday morning trivia. These will be random questions about oddities I’ve experienced personally or heard about. For now, my trivia will be mostly about me — but hey, it’s my blog, dammit! Eventually I may branch out into obscure facts about other things, events or people.
Feel free to post your guesses as comments; if anyone can guess correctly, recognition shall be bestowed! 🙂
So, here’s our first Monday morning trivia question — and Tracy, you’re ineligible to participate on this one! (Aside: She was there.) By the way, I don’t think I’ve *EVER* told anyone about this, so excepting those who were there, you’re all on equal footing in guessing the answer.
When I was very young, my childhood playmates and I put together an impressively daring routine on my swing set (which had monkey bars, rings, swings, a slide and a trapeze-looking bar). We then performed our act for our parents one day, with much fanfare and success. (Who knew I was such a ham as a child?)
What was the name of our act?
A) The Best Show in the World
B) Daring Kids on Monkey Bars
C) The Flying Gilberts
D) The Golden Dandelion Circus
I'm also going to go with D. It just sounds like a fun name.
I guess D
