Over the weekend at some point, I got a fortune cookie with these fantastic words of prediction:
“You will soon have the opportunity to improve your finances.”
YES!!!!
Daniel’s was similarly themed. His was:
“Your life will be prosperous.”
We can attribute mine, at least, to my brand-new anklet that imbues its wearer (i.e., me) with “prosperity” and “success.” It’s the one Ma Norell got George in necklace form for Christmas — incidentally, when she gave me my “love and relationships” one that, among other things, boosts fertility.
Have y’all noticed I just love to rib my mom (if she’s reading) about the affectionately nicknamed “fertility beads”? 🙂
