I’ve never been a “cat person,” per se, but I’ve always been an animal person (if I had the stomach for it, I could have been a vet!) and find it hard to resist the charms of any animal that snuggles up with me on the couch. Penny and Simon, the two cats who tagged along with Daniel to the new house, are quickly carving out a soft spot for themselves in my heart. (Don’t tell the hound!)
