For many reasons, Friday was a horrific day. Details are unimportant — except to say that it was a universal suckiness, including not one but TWO NEEDLES at my quarterly doctor’s appointment, one for a tetanus booster and another for annual bloodwork. My left arm still feels funny. Amy couldn’t figure out why my blood pressure was so much higher than normal. And I still feel a little woozy.
I fasted for the bloodwork, though, and generally ate very little Friday, so when I went for a Saturday morning weigh-in at WW, I was down three pounds. At least something good came of it, right?
Congrads on WW. I go Tuesday night. Needles are crappy. I took one every week for 3 years with allergy shots. There is something about LR area that does in the allergies! Gotta do blood work too…diabetes check b/c of daddy. Maybe it is just b/c I (I mean we:) are getting older? You think?
